Not only did they answer all of my questions, they also emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They have never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about the illnesses and immunizations. They have always answered every question I have had about her health. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time
Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable?
Not really. They have a nurse on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable, but that's it

Absolutely, the customer is always right here

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
