They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. However, they were more than happy to give my 1 year old daughter prescriptions for allergies that had to be special ordered by the pharmacy and totaled $179.00 AFTER my co-pay. They refused to give my daughter her shots that were due while I was already taken the time off work and daycare and INSISTED that she had to come in for her original shots appointment that was set for 3 days later. I get that they want to overbill my insurance to the extreme but to the point that I'm missing work? Come on. Hate this place and their rude staff. "Whatcha want?" Ummm...to pay you for your services...? Is that a problem...? Okay, I'll go elsewhere. Thank you for the daily dose of ghetto.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. My child absolutely loves Barbara Appel, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I loved that when my child is sick, they got him in the same day. I will never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. Dr. Appel is great. She takes her time to explain what she is doing and what is going on with my child. She is great! Her PA's are nice and explain thing well. Her administrative staff is nice and efficient. Great place all around!
