The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

After seeing this provider for almost 10 months, he told my spouse that trying to determine the cause of his illness was "academic" and that if he wanted to be studied he should go to a university. He also openly chastised us for asking about side effects of a particular drug. Dr. V was perfectly comfortable with leaving a 36 year old patient with progressive neurological symptoms with no diagnosis other than migraine and to continue trying migraine maintenance meds even though they had no affect on his symptoms. Symptoms included constant pain in head and neck, numbness and tingling, tremors, balance issues, unequal pupils, inability to concentrate, extreme fatigue.....I mention this partial list only to help potential patients understand that if you are looking for a doc to push meds, Dr. V. will do that. If you are concerned about undertstanding your underlying condition and trying to recover, he's not your guy. If he would have explained this at the initial appointment, we would not have wasted so much time with him. He initially gave the impression that he did want to find a diagnosis.
