I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

No, it was rather cramped

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

I would not waste my time rating this dr. He and his staff were rude and uncaring.He needs to be treated like he treated his patients,poorly.He also needs to be investigated for his "practices";

I was a patient of Dr Sheahan several yrs ago, an his staff an himself treated me like they was doing me a favor caring for me. They did not return calls, or help if you had questions. He would tell me someth, an if i mentioned it later he didnt remember he told me. He ate his lunch in the room almost every visit. He would sit the plate or whatever on a stretcher an smack an eat while i was being seen. After not receivin a return call for almost a week, I went to ER for pain from a herniated disk which required surgery in Atlanta days later, an a Stay in hospital for 5 days and when I saw him the next week after ER, he screamed at me an said that was a sign of a dope addict. He said" what do you want?, just tell me an i will write it, while screaming and having a temper tantrum. He would not listen to me or let me explain that i never received a call back for almost a week. I WOULD NOT TAKE MY DOG TO HIM, AN I HAVE BEEN IN ANOTHER PAIN MAN FOR OVER 6 YRS AN HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. HIS STAFF, WAS ALSO RUDE AN UNFRIENDLY, THEY MADE IT CLEAR THEY WERE HELPING YOU SO YOU HAD TO DEAL WITH THEM. I also know another patient that he treated this exact way. This happened back in 2005, when he was in what is "The Summit" building now.
