The doctor charged over $400 for an in-office procedure that took less than 30 seconds with a single pair of small scissors, and then he reported the procedure to my insurance company as "surgery" in order to justify the charges. By no stretch of the imagination was it what a rational person would understand as a surgical operation. When I spoke with the office manager about the rationale behind the charge, she was arrogant and unprofessional. Although she agreed the service was actually an "in-office procedure" and not a "surgery", she justified the charge by asking me if I could have done it myself instead. The implication was that she could charge what she wanted, because I was not a doctor. She then blamed the insurance company for the high cost of the procedure, but it was not the insurance company who determined how to characterize the "procedure" we were given or to whom I paid $400. It was Dr Oliver's office, and the disproportional fee relative to the services given us was extortion. We will not go back, and I recommend you use caution if you use this doctor.

The staff, except one sweet girl girl, was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was treated as a nuisance.I was satisfied with my visit ONLY because of Dr. Oliver. He was very helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I ended up having surgery that went very well. Dr. Oliver was very thorough,professional, compassionate and personable. Excellent Dr, crappy office staff.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Instead of just recommending surgery right away I was presented with many treatment options here. I knew if I had to get surgery, it would be their last resort.

It is hard to get an appointment. It would be helpful if he had someone to see patients on days he has surgeries. The phone service on the weekend does everything they can not to take a message or contact anyone. Hopefully he can get some good help as the lady in the front office is an old bat and is rude. I am not even sure she means to be but you can tell she just doesn't care and doesn't want to take the time to talk or get information, just get off the phone as quick as she can. Dr Oliver is a good doctor and I trust him but he needs to work on his staff.
