The doctor did a wonderful job. The results are beautiful. I still look like my age, but much more rested. It's not like a drastic change or anything. I would tell anybody else just to make sure you follow everything that he says and you’ve got to have the right caretaker to take care of you after the procedure; somebody who's going to help you with lifting and holding the ice pack for you, stuff like that. I followed all the directions and he didn't think I did because I couldn't speak to defend myself. But when you're out of it and you're coming out of surgery and you don't feel good, and somebody hands you the wrong drug and you're trying to tell them no, that's what happened to me. I had taken ibuprofen and I thought she got the Tylenol and she didn't. Therefore, he was upset with my caretaker. He's going to tell you, and you got to listen to him. He is the doctor. I would most definitely recommend him to others. I'll have my granddaughter seen by him, since she needs something done to her ear. Dr. Bustillo is very warm, compassionate and personal, with amazing bedside manner, and very honest. They were simply wonderful.

I was really impressed with Dr. Bustillo and his staff. They are very professional people and all of my questions about Rhinoplasty were answered to my satisfaction. My ENT referred me to Dr. Bustillo, actually, and on June 9 I had the surgery done. I'd had a horrible bump and skin cancer on my nose. This surgery has made a huge difference in my appearance. It was a very smooth and painless surgery overall and the recovery process was easy for me. The results are very good also. I'm very happy with them.

For the longest time I have disliked my neck area. It was drooping a lot. This past year and a half the drooping and fat had gotten worse. I decided it was time to act. I found Dr. Bustillo on the Internet and really liked his studies and the patient reviews. So, I made an appointment with him after seeing four or five other doctors before him. I found Dr. Bustillo to be very attentive and an overall nice person. He is never in a rush. You can ask 100 questions of him and he is always there to answer them for you. I had my facelift and neck lift procedures done on July 24 and am very satisfied with the results.

I had a wonderful experience with Rhinoplasty. Dr. Bustillo was very thorough and had a good bedside manner. He gave me his professional opinion on what he thought would look the best and I am really pleased with the way everything turned out. On the day of surgery he was early and I’ve also seen him on multiple occasions for follow up. What I like the best is that people who I see on a daily basis can see something different in me, but they can’t tell that I had a nose job. I really have no complaints.

I believe it was around 2008 where I started searching for doctors in Miami and in Florida due to recuperation. I had some friends that would be able to take care of me so I limited my search to this area. Honestly I went on his web page and I looked through a good number of before and after pictures. I really liked his post-ops. They looked very natural. They didn't look retouched because with a lot of these web pages, you can tell that there's been airbrushing and certain things have been corrected. When I then met Dr. Bustillo he addressed every single issue that I had. He also showed me computer imagery which kind of gave me an inner idea of what he thought my nose would look like. Interestingly my nose looks very similar to the image that he gave me. I’ve had many cosmetic surgeries before and this is probably one of the very few procedures that I've had that I love.

My daughter recently had a nose surgery with Dr. Bustillo. We thought that after the operation she would feel terrible, but she didn’t even have to take pain medication because she didn’t felt too much pain. The next day she was feeling much better. Recovery was pretty quick and we didn’t have any mishap. Although Dr. Bustillo told us that she could inflame she didn’t even swelled much. We are very happy. She had an excellent healing process. That’s why we have already recommended him to friends. We are grateful to Dr. Bustillo and his team. They have been very dear and kind every time we've come to the follow-up visits.

I felt really comfortable on every pre-op consultations. I felt Dr. Bustillo was
going to do exactly as he told me. I had a Rhinoplasty on September 13. He
answered all my questions. He made me feel I could contact him for anything.
He had an open door policy. I could just come in, email or call. He personally
called me the day before, and after the surgery he kept in touch. I definitely
see a big difference, a really major result and it’s only getting better.

Dr. Bustillo answered all of my questions and any fears that I had about my Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty procedures. Even though I might have had follow-up appointments every two weeks, Dr. Bustillo would accommodate me if I came in otherwise because I felt discomfort or something. He addressed all those issues and overall, it was a great experience. I wanted a doctor that wasn’t only an ENT, but someone who also had experience doing cosmetic surgeries, and he happened to be both. I think word of mouth is always the best and so by the reviews that I read online, I feel it’s more credible than just picking somebody out of a phonebook or something. So I would definitely recommend him.

My procedure went very well and Dr. Bustillo has very helpful staff. I felt like they really cared about the outcome of my surgery and they wanted me to be as happy as they were. Most of my friends could not tell that I had a rhinoplasty except for the ones that I told beforehand. The people that did not know I had surgery would only make comments about how great I looked. I wanted my nose to look as natural as possible so that it looked the nose I was born with. It was a personal preference and I really liked the fact that most people could not tell what I had done. There were other doctors that I consulted with before seeing Dr. Bustillo. They all seemed to have their own agenda unlike Dr.Bustillo who would give you his opinion and then ask for your input as well. He didn’t want to just go ahead and give you a nose that you were not satisfied with. I would recommend Dr. Bustillo to anyone who is considering plastic surgery because he is great at what he does and he cares for his patients.
