I had gone to see my dermatologist in reference to skin cancer on my nose. I thought it was going to be something very simple because I had had cancer removed from my face before. So I went to see my dermatologist in the morning and it ended up being something totally unexpected. That afternoon that same day, I left my dermatologist's office to go to Dr. Bustillo, which is the doctor that my dermatologist had recommended. I walked in and I asked the secretary that I needed an appointment as soon as possible. And Dr. Bustillo was great. She said, “He says if you can wait, he'll see you this afternoon.” So he saw me and he told me that yes he could take care of me, he explained to me the surgery that I would be having. I was very overwhelmed because that morning I thought it was going to be a very simple procedure and at five in the afternoon I was discussing the kind of surgery that I will have for my nose with Dr. Bustillo. He explained that it was going to be a two-part, that I would have an incision done on my forehead and from my scalp, the skin would be put on my nose, and after about three to four weeks I will have a second surgery where it was going to be disconnected in other words. So all of that came in one day, and Dr. Bustillo was just wonderful and the ladies there were very supportive. I’ll never forget that afternoon. He said I can do the surgery tomorrow at 7 and he said, “I like to do this within 24 hours after you had your skin cancer removed.” It was quite an ordeal. It all happened so sudden and I was not expecting it, and Dr. Bustillo was wonderful. He performed the surgery the day of my birthday, so I'll never forget that. I am very thankful to him, very, very thankful.

I had a rhinoplasty done with Dr. Bustillo and some lipo. I had been to several doctors, with just very different opinions and I really like his view on things. It was very natural. He went for a more natural look being that Im in my 40s and Im already established in my relationships and everything and I dont want that drastic change, but Ive always been unhappy with my profile. And I really like his approach.

The experience really has been great. Dr. Bustillo was really great throughout the whole process. In the surgical room, he made me feel very at ease. After the fact, very attentive, his staff was very helpful. He has a very soft touch. When hes touching you, your nose and all the areas, you dont even feel that he was removing the stitch and it was just so gentle. He was just so gentle with his touch and everything he does, it was very precise.

I havent had any type of complication from it. Theres hardly any bruising, the recovery has been really great. He did give me before the procedure things to take, the Vitamin C to help with the healing process. The followups have been outstanding. He called and Ive called the office and theyve answered my questions right away. Its been a very smooth procedure and the end results, when I look at myself, is just amazing. I cant believe that Im looking at myself. So, Im very pleased. I really liked the results. Im very happy with it, its actually better than I thought the results were going to be. It changed really everything for me because thats something that I was very unhappy with myself

I heard about Dr. Bustillo through another doctor. I am so happy he referred me to him. I come from a family of bad noses. We have all gotten our nose done..lucky right? My mother had her nose done 10 years ago, but I did not want to go to her doctor because he had been in practice for very long. I wanted a natural looking nose. What I have now is the nose I should have been born with. Dr. Bustillo is a miracle worker. No one has asked me if I have had a nose job
