I seem to have a bit of a different experience from my visit here. Parking was convenient, the waiting rooms were comfortable. And the office staff were lovely. It was the end of the day, and I'm sure I must have been Dr. Sarkell's last patient because I felt like I was extremely rushed.
I will be going back, hopefully he just had a particularly long day and it won't be repeated.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I really felt welcomed here. The doctor and staff were friendly and accommodating. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
