I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
