I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them.

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry
Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room?
No, this didn't even look like a pediatrician's office
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
Does this provider remember you by name?
Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Yes, I was in agony!

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
