One thing that's been so annoying about Jason Green, DO, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. This doctor is always conformational and saying you are not listening to me. Always pushing his products on you to purchase. Overall just a poor attitude towards patients and makes you feel that you are stupid. Bedside manner is horrible, will never listen to your problem. Waiting room is always full, and you can sit and wait for over an hour or more, since they are always backed up. They staff is the most unfriendly out of any doctors office I have ever visited in my life, rude, and just will not listen to what you say. I would never suggest visiting this doctor, 1, because of the ruddiness, 2, the impatience of not listen to what you say, 3, does not write everything in your file, does not remember your last visit and discussions.

They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.

It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.
