I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.

They never reviewed my blood test results with me.

On two appointments they didn't have the medicine for me.
After the second time, I decided to find another doctor and facility for my cancer care.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I am alive and well 20 years after successful treatment for Hodgkins Lymphoma by Dr. Faig and his team. In addition, I gave birth to 2 more babies post treatment who are now 18 and 9 ! i turned 50 years in March.
I did move from FL to MA where I am from originally.Dr. Faig is the best in the industry and at the top of his game. I trusted him implicitly and that trust was well placed.
