Was able to make appointment right away saw the doctor the same day. Was able to relieve issue in my ear. I'm very satisfied, Dr. Pineyro is friendly & easy to talk to. As well as thorough with all of his questions.

I made an emergence appointment, the same day, and I did not have to wait to be seen. The doctor, eliminate all of the wax in my ears. The left ear had a hearing loss of 80 percent due to the amount of wax, made lose by ear drops, which my general doctor prescribed.
After he cleaned the ears, my hearing returned to normal and I was so longer dizzy. The doctor, was also concerned about another health problem, I had. I have already recommend Dr. Pineyro to my friends.

Based on my family's experience with this doctor, we advise you to STAY AWAY. We went for a sinus X-ray and called the office to get the results but were told we had to see the doctor for the results. When we said we had no time for that we were told the X-ray was abnormal so we had to see the doctor. When we got there we were told the X-ray was normal and were charged $200 for the visit. The staff person we dealt with was a low class human being .. beyond anything we have ever experienced at a doctor's office. I asked that staff person to have the doctor call me to discuss our issues but he never called. We have commenced the filing of a complaint with the Florida Board of Medicine.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Dr. Pineyro operated on me numerours times for a nasty infection that wouldn't go away. With his expertise and determination he never gave up. He is patient and dedicated to his patients.
