They had me wait 3 months to schedule a check up with the main doctor, then substituted it with a fresh out of school doctor without my permission. They billed my insurance company incorrectly and were absolutely not helpful in correcting the situation. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dowies for many years and have always been satisfied with her professionalism, sincere bedside manner and welcoming staff.

I recently saw Kelly ,her nurse practitioner, and was just as impressed by her knowlege and compassion for my situation.

Its nice to walk into their office and to be treated as family, rather than a number.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
I was even suprised that I emailed the office with questions later, and received a quick response directly from Dr Dowie. I understand that Doctors are not easily accessable by phone as they are busy with their scheduled patients and I was impressed and pleased to have a great option to direct contact with my physician.
