The doctor herself is not bad, it's the new ARNP that doesn't belong with this office. I have never seen someone who is supposed to be a professional treat her patients with such sarcasm and contempt. She gave me bad advice and I will not be returning to this office.

I was a patient at Elite Coastal Healthcare for a short time due to insurance change and the office is clean and the staff is friendly. Dr. Dowie was very professional and took great care of me and my needs.

They were average

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

No, I had to leave I was so distressed

I found Dr.Dowies office to be proffesional and very courteous. She addressed all my health concerns and I was in and out pretty quick. Put me on a new medication and wow what a difference in my everyday routine.

Dr. Dowie is controlling and does not listen to you. She does not like being questioned and feels you are not a good patient if you don't do everything her way. If you are looking for someone to collaborate with you, she is not the right doctor. She is rigid and talks at you as opposed to really discussing things - it is a one way relationship. Oh, and don't ever reschedule or cancel as it is frowned upon.
