I was not really greeted when I walked in, and everyone seemed busy, but upon me asking them a question, I felt as if I was appropriately assisted by the front desk. I didn't have to wait very long after I arrived for my appointment. They were running pretty much on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
