I have visit his office inside of lens crafter in mobile, Alabama. I am for sure he is not aware of his office manage Sara she is rude and disrespectful! I wasn't satisfied with my prescription after seen Dr. Allen. I have insurance and also had to pay out the pocket at least $100.00 in which I am not complaining. What is my complaint after dealing with this matter since august 8, I finally talk to Sara 01/10/17 with all the dates and every name of each individual there I have every spoken to. I explain my situation to sara and she said its her "professional opinion" in which I am aware. This could have been resolve a lot different being a professional as her self.

I've been seeing Dr. Bradley's clinic for three years. I like him very much. He's professional and takes time to explain and answer any questions. He seems like he really loves his job! The other doctor in the clinic is not quite so personable but she's OK. Staff is friendly. Note: they'll sometimes price-match if you find a low online price. And they have weekend hours, which is nice.

Atrocious, rude service and there's always an excuse to extort more money from the customer. It's been almost a month since my exam and I still don't have any usable contact lenses. One problem after another. Never again.
