Had to wait all day to see the doctor, even though they don't take appointments and I was one of the first there. Apparently their policy is if you aren't seen by lunch, they send you home to come back after, and if you aren't seen by the end of the day, they send you home to come back tomorrow. After spending the entire day there, I got a bill sent to my residence 6 weeks later. They hadn't filed it properly with the insurance company (filed it w/BCBS MS instead of BCBS TN). I hooked them up with the insurance company to file correctly and assumed the matter was handled. Got a statement 9 months later, nothing had been paid. When I called to straighten it out, the office manager was rude, interrupted me and when I tried to explain what the insurance company had said, she interrupted again, said, 'never mind, I don't feel like listening to you, this is going to collections' and hung up the phone. Had to call the insurance company and get them to call the office. Finally got it straightened out but had to deal with the rudest office manager I've ever met. I think I'd bleed to death before I'd go through this again.

Yes, I had to wait forever.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
No, I left with more problems than I came with!
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
Not at all, they were ridiculous!
