They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. I have seen them apologize for some mistakes, but it doesn't happen all the time. This physician is a professional and I would definitely recommend this physician and Neurology clinic.
