Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
