They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
