Their primary concern is what's best for me, Iwas given advice that was beneficial to me. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I appreciated the fact that the staff was so friendly and nice. I felt very welcome. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Dr Mandel is good but his nurse has no bedside manner at all.. His new assistant is ok, but seems to keep checking with Dr everytime I was with her.

Laura Frickland is sadly missed at this practice.. She explained alot more what was going on then current assistant.
