I have been a patient of Dr. Gandra since 2005. It is a shame that since I was hospitalized without insurance, and do have a outstanding balance about $900.00, the financial woman would not allow me to see the doctor. I did explain I could pay the office visit for the day, she refused to let me have my scheduled appointment, and was instructed that after a adequate dollar amount had been paid to the collection agency who in turn made $900.00 into $1200.00 I COULD NOT SEE THE DOCTOR. Does she have a medical degree or a bookkeeping background? My aneurysm, and bad aortic valve and myself would like to know. No insurance and a small outstanding balance is how the office is run. Need say more I have had to find another Doctor. All about the mighty dollar. Such a shame, No AARP insurance medicaid, medicare, or insurance and the financial dept. determines my cardiac care. Really makes me SICK.
