Every time I meet with Dr. Flemming he's very pleasant. Dresses casually and doesn't come across as superior and condescending. He will spend some time talking and answering my questions which I appreciate.

The registration desk clerk was prompt and very efficient and friendly, she gave guidance as to where to report very courteously. I arrived at the Heart Center desk and was greeted by a very warm and charming lady that took my information and had me take a seat until called for my appointment. The nurse that took me back to the clinical room was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Fleming greeted myself and my wife with warmth and caring. He examined me and we spoke about my recent hospitalization under his care and the outcome from said hospitalization. Dr. Fleming was very engaging and thorough with his explanation of terms and possible solutions if symptoms persist. I was very well pleased with my visit, and look forward to other appointments in the future.

I received an update on my defibulator....check....and also a visit with Dr. Fleming. I didn't think the news on the life of my battery was good news, but both were very good to me and explained why the battery wasn't lasting very long and also the next possible step to take. Dr. Fleming is a very kind doctor and I feel very good when he is talking to me. He always answers all my questions in a language I understand. This defibulator has been difficult for me and I need his good advise. Of course, I want to live as long as I can and I thank you for your help with me.

Dr. Flemming was the most considerate doctor I have ever met. Listens well and answers questions extremely well. His compassion for the patient is very evident.

Dr. Flemming was unhurried and explained the pacemaker options completely. He was very patient while I argued with my wife and maintained sound advice. Both myself and my wife were most impressed by Dr. Flemming in every aspect of the appointment.

Dr. Fleming is the best! Even though the info wasn't what I wanted to hear, he made it easy to hear and understand. i feel he really cares for hs patients.

Very satisfactory experience. I have a great appreciation for all the treatment I have received from the Mercy Heart Center over the last nine years. I have an enormous confidence in the doctors and staff and feel lucky to live just 30 miles from the facility.

This was on the results of the stress test. Dr. Fleming explained to me ....not the best results but he was so good to me and we can work this out to possibly help me. I thank him for his kind words.

Dr. Flemming was very upfront and gave the detail of my problem that were in terms I could understand. He took the time and I felt I was the only patient he had that day. Was very reassuring on the treatment I will be receiving in the future.

I enjoyed my checkup with Dr. Fleming . He was helpful in answering all of my questions . Has caring manners which are important to me. Very supportive. Took his time to answers instead of hurrying that is an important shows to me he cares about each and every patient.
