I was a patient of Pogel's for over 20 years and he allowed his NP to literally scream at me in the waiting room in front of other patients. He was standing in the doorway, heard and saw everything, turned and shut his door. No apology, nothing. She is/was totally worthless as an NP and that is what she screamed at me for, telling her to do her job. So in response she contacted neurologists in DM and IA City and blocked me from critical care. Totally horrible people.
