The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
