Dr. Rana is an associate of Dr. Cutler. I was prescribed contact lenses by Dr. Rana. I was immediately charged for the lenses, and my insurance was also charged their percentage. It has been over four weeks since the contacts were ordered. They have not been delivered yet, and I get excuses when I contact the Dr.'s office for an update. I ordered the lenses through Wal-Mart, hoping for quicker service. Dr. Rana cancelled the order that I placed with Wal-Mart. I recommend that anyone looking for an optometrist look elsewhere. The customer service is terrible at Dr. Cutler and associates.
