They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. tHIS DR. He's not my normal doctor, but was the one on-call the day I called for my test results. Not only did he not welcome my questions, he just dismissed them as unimportant. Apparently, my tumor wasnt't all important to him. Big or small, a tumor is a tumor. He even went so far to ask if I "knew what a mm was," as though I was stupid, and then was unable to clearly explain my results in plain English (I'm an educated professional; I should be able to understand what he's talking about). I felt like he didn't really care about helping me at all and couldn't wait to get off the phone (we spoke for under 2 minutes). I've never been treated this way before by a medical professional--I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. What put me at ease was the fact that their office equipment was in good shape. Everything was current and taken care of.

I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions.
