I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

I have been a patient here for 12 years. In all those years I have been treated with the utmost respect. The doctor and staff have always been concerned with my wellbeing and it shows in how they treat me. Their equipment, treatment options, and procedures are all up to date and the doctor and staff are always willing to help me. The waiting time is compareable to other physician's offices. When my insurance switched to another PPO I was forced to go elsewhere. That didn't last as there is no comparison to Dr B. I switched back even paying the extra out of my own pocket just to stay with this doctor. Happily my PPO switched back and I have the best of both worlds

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

What put me at ease was the fact that their office equipment was in good shape. Everything was current and taken care of. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. The office staff and office manager are extremely rude and when I ask to speak directly with my physician they told me I wasn't allowed to speak with him until my next appointment...in TWO months! I will NOT recommend this practice due to the terrible staff!
