Dr Rodos is a wise and caring man. His primary concern is helping the patient to become symptom free. he is willing to work with patients finances and is one of the few that will beyond going to a clinic. He has been in practice for some time and I went to him on referral from a couple of his clients. I believe he has positively impacted many peoples lives over the years.The waiting area is rather small, but I've never had to stand. The staff is friendly and always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The Doctors office hours are limited but he is excellent at returning calls or emails. My calls are answered quickly when there is someone in the office. Any negative feedback you read should be taken with the understanding that this is a very small office with few staff and limited hours. Doctor is only one person but he does his best to service his patients and keep his overhead down as to keep his charges at a minimum.

I felt very frustrated with Dr. Rodos, as my family member's situation is complex and his answers were cryptic and somewhat abusive at times. He seems knowledgeable and we're trying to discern the wheat from the chaff. I don't know if I'd recommend him or not, still trying to discern. There is a level of crotchityness I've never experienced in a mental health professional here that is odd to me. We've been to another neuroscience institute doctor and experienced the same treatment, so we assume it has to do with the Dr. Amen ring of specialists, but we're not sure. It seems odd to blame a mental health patient for the very problems they are coming to you to treat, but we're in the process of figuring it out, He's very amenable to treatment by e-mail which is unusual and very helpful financially, but also may contribute to the problem of communication gaps. He's very intelligent and seems to know a lot about medication I will hand that to him. I would have to be desperate for answers outside the box to attend this doctor, but that is where we are so that's why we're there.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
