I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
