They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time.
