We were refused service and told to find another pediatrician after I complained about Dr. Rosales' PA.

Rather than deal with personnel issues, they would rather dump patients.

The PA advised us that my son's condition was "impossible" and called us a liar and made fun of my child, despite two hospitalizations, numerous s-rays, and surgery that said otherwise.

Because of my complaint and refusing to allow the PA to treat my son again, we were told to find a new doctor.

If you have a complaint about their staff, don't bother telling them, just go get a new doctor.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
No, they were fully staffed

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children?
Yes, they had a "sick" and "well" area
If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent?
Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable?
Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support
Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community?
Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!
