I never saw any doctors while there. After they got paid well for the study, they made an appointment for me to get the results. After I paid again, I asked their clerk if I owed anything for the sleep study. Dawn refused to answer. She was hostile, which seemed strange considering I wanted to pay anything I owed.  I waited almost an hour for the results of my sleep study and was not able to continue waiting since I had another doctors appointment because of my recent double bypass heart surgery.   I only wanted to know which pressure to set my cpap.  This would have  taken their employee a couple of minutes.  There is no excuse for their employees to make an appointment and  then keep me waiting for an hour.  I asked Dawn for a refund of my money and she refused. I was polite until she accused ME of being rude to her, I was not rude to her  until she said that but I was upset that I had to leave and had not received the service I paid for.  They refused to tell my Primary Care Physician the results too.

They seem to me like all they care about is getting you into the sleep clinic just so they'll have a reason to bill the insurance company an astronomical figure (which is exactly what this doctor does). I carried my cpap machine back to see if it may need re-calibrating and immediately became the target of ridecule. My machine checked out perfectly after being told it needed to be replaced because it was "A Dinosaur". Money hungry doctor with Zero personality! I will never go back to this JERK again.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
