Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They did an amazing job at finally providing me with an accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I've been to other optometrists that didn't really help, but now I can finally see well once again. They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important.
