The wait was absolutely ridiculous. I spent 3 hours waitin for my appointment for my kid and never did get in. When trying to reschedule the next time they would seem me was two months later. They make no effort to make me feel special. I felt like my sons condition didn't matter and he was just another slot they might get to at their convience. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would blow me off. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

I was a patient of Dr Herman for 2 years. It became so annoying that everytime i had an appointment it was around 2 hours in the waiting room till i would be seen. no appologies from the staff behind the counter ohh and by the way another 30 minutes inthe waiting room. the last time i went he was rushed to see me and only cared about prescribing medications and cosmetic lotions that would cost aroune $140 each time. He sells the creams from his office. i maybe walked out with one perscription of antibiotics the rest was his own supply. A little fishy I know he got into an argument with his nurse and was very disrespectful to her and myself. I will never go there again. Even though my acne was getting treated. was a no show once to an appointment and they had the nerve to charge $25. seriously after i've spent hours in the waiting room at other appointments. thats just wrong.

I really appreciated the fact that the staff was so welcoming. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
