Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. . I would feel as if they really were caring and concerned if when I walk in the door they would try to greet by name. They barely gave me any information at all. I usually feel as if I am not welcomed or that they cannot help me .I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. As of Monday I am going to look for another Physician. I had an appointment on Friday and the Doctor left before my appointment, How concerned is that?

They answered all of my questions. They were very responsive and gave me good information. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
