I called and told them I needed new glasses. I told them what my insurance was. When I showed up for my appointment they said my insurance did not cover routine eye exams, which was exactly the reason I came there in the first place; something I assume they could have figured out before I wasted my time coming there. Furthermore, they had a bunch of crosses and bibles in the waiting room, which I find unprofessional for a doctor's office that presumably serves people of all different cultural and religious backgrounds.

Dr. Burcham and his staff could not have been more courteous or professional. My cataract surgery (left eye) went extremely well. I have no reservations about having Dr. Burcham performing surgery on my right eye next week.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
