No, they definitely weren't clean

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
