They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The staff was friendly enough, but I expected more of a warm welcome from a family practice. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
