Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

They didn't refill a recurring prescription for which they required me to come in and be seen. After a week of not having it refilled as promised, I had to call repeatedly to get someone to call me back and actually refill the prescription. I have NEVER seen Dr. Foote, only a nurse practitioner, and I question whether she actually exists. I have never been made to feel that the NP actually is concerned about my physical or emotional well being.

I was attended by a PA named Tiffany, a very bright and entertaining young woman. She was able to address the majority of my questions and did not even try to bluff when I asked questions she did not already know the answers too. I respect and expect that in a person.
