They answered all of my questions. They were very responsive and gave me good information. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.
