I have visited this office three times. I've never seen an actual physician. The office is attractive and clean. This seems to be the main objective in my view. Following each visit with this 'physician' it was necessary to seek actual treatment from a doctor who actually performed appropriate treatment. Sometimes a patient needs more than a script to Cortizone. I let the office know, following the last visit, that I was dissatisfied. I sent a partial payment with a note, hoping to get their attention. I thought maybe the office manager might call to find out more as to why I was dissatisfied, but that didn't happen. My last visit will be my last visit. One star for a nice office.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
