Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
No, there weren't many to choose from

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Dr. Grambort is fabulous - Mr. Rogers MD!

Yes, they were bright and child-friendly

No, I didn't have to wait very long
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable?
Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable
