Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.Getting an appointment is somewhat difficult. When you call the receptionists, they are not very helpful and their mannerism come across as if they don't enjoy their work. There is a miscommunication between the recpetionists/assistant nurses? whoever takes the calls and the doctors. For instance, today when trying to get prescription for my son the receptionist said that talked to the female doctor, not Dr. Herndon, and that she couldn't do anything until seeing my son. I understand that, but can you refill that prescription until the appt. we setup date. Nop, she can't do that. I wonder if she even bother to check my son's history. That's pretty sad, Can you believe that? My son is out of the prescription he needs to take daily. Criticism is hard to take, but I tell you this because you, as a team, can do sooo much better. Dr. Herndon has a great disposition and is awesome with kids, but the office can be only as strong as the weakest link.

Most attentive! He has personally walked my son to hospital pediatrics floor when he was getting admitted. On several different visits he has gone above and beyond.

They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
