The waiting room had TV's, toys, magazines and childrens books to keep my daughter occupied during the wait and disney movies to watch in the waiting area. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The wait for the nurse to call us back was not very long. They were running right on time, which makes it a convinience for my schedule. At one time during a well child visit I declined a vaccine for my child and my decision was respected without any problems or pressure to give the vaccine. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart.

When I told them I was uncomfortable with my child getting certain vaccinations, they were very understanding, and thoroughly explained to me why every vaccination was important. I appreciated how considerate they were, and I was a lot more comfortable with my child getting those vaccinations after talking with them. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. They made me feel comfortable in their care.
