Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

My children are 9 and 10 and my children have never seen another pediatrician. I wouldn't trade Dr. Ballou for anything.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. The provider is extremely respectful of your time and that of her staff; therefore, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschudule your appointment unless your child has an emergency illness.

Nicolette is rude:
she has an attitude when you ask her any questions. She hung the phone up on me.

Nicolette is not caring:
My daughter is 8 months and had a fever and cough. Nicolette didn't make an appointment, she only wanted to handle the situation over the phone.

Receptionist has attitude problem:
Everyone goes to lunch at the same time and they shut down the office for an hour. The receptionist let me know "oh, we are at lunch" and closed the door in my face.

There is a long wait time:
The first day I went to the office I waited for 1 hour. It has usually been the same there after. NIcolette was always late to my daughter's appointments in the morning.

She is the worst doctor I have ever encountered
