I definitely don't recommend going to this doctor if you may need surgery. When I scheduled the appointment I told the office assitant exactly what I had (Chalazium) which I have had twice before. I told the assistant I was looking to get it removed. In addition, I told her I have done everything I was told by other doctors to try to get rid of it without cutting it out. I went to my appointment and Dr Tran told me to do exactly what I had been doing for another week and then come back and if it wasn't gone he said he would cut it out. I gave it another opportunity because I knew Dr Tran did not plan on cutting it out on my first visit. So my Chalazium only got bigger and I scheduled an appointment with Dr Tran to get it removed. I went to my appointment and Dr Tran looked at it for 2 minutes and said to go see a specialist who could remove it. I wish he could of told me this a long time ago. I wasted 2 visits totaling $60 in co-pays and 1 1/2 days off of work. It was a huge waste of time and money. I was also not satisfied with the waiting from my scheduled appointment each time (average about 45 minutes late). I am extremely dissatisfied with his level of service an honesty and I encourage others not to go there.
