Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were so friendly and pleasant to me during my appointment and made me feel right at home.
