I was incorrectly given a new diagnosis. Responses from doctor was in-appropriate and offensive making me very uncomfortable. I wrote a letter of grievance and changed physicians.

There is something quite different about this doctor, the office is quite small and stacks of files are sitting all over the place. You can heard everything the receptionist is saying as she works, and everything the Dr. says to his patients on the way out, so there isn't much privacy. The Dr. does not hear well and that concerns me, because it makes for awkward communication. He also talks about odd things like sexual orientation and is against gay people. He has political flyers in the waiting room that make it obvious he is pro-right, which makes no difference to me but it's unprofessional. I was not comfortable.

Staff is extremely friendly. They are warm and professional, and make the experience a good thing. Always right on top of everything. I was impressed with the staff on every visit to see Dr. Meyer. I will refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I always got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long in his office. It is always a pleasure to see this Dr. as he is professional, and a very caring DR., and you feel he is really concerned about you and your health issues.
I would never seek any other pulmonary specialist but Dr. Delbert Meyer.
He is THE BEST.

He didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.. It's very frustrating trying to get a question answered. It seemed like he went out of his way to be respectful and courteous. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that he will work with me until he finds the best solution. I'm worried he's going to just settle with a solution by phone because he's so busy.
